Linguistic Problems from the Perspective of Philosophical Hermeneutics

In the history of western philosophy, many philosophers attached great importance to linguistic problems. They analyzed, studied and commented on linguistic problems from different angles. Traditional philosophy regarded language as an instrument of form symbol system. Nevertheless, philosophical hermeneutics considered language as not only a human instrument but also forms of existence and life experience of human beings. Without language, the comprehension activities would be impossible. According to Marxism, language itself is the outcome of human practice activities and the reflection of real life.
