摘    要:
加强和完善领导干部实绩考核工作,对于正确执行党在新时期的干部政策,合理使用干部,激励引导干部全面贯彻党的基本路线,创造性地开展工作,保证经济持续、快速、健康发展和社会全面进步,具有重要意义。为进一步探索领导班子工作实绩考核的有效途径,中共绍兴市委组织部领导班子实绩考核课题组对1998年县(市、区)换届以来领导班子的工作实绩作了深入调查研究,提出了领导班子实绩考核的指标体系,并从理论和实战两方面给予了充分论证。

Abstract:
Improving the work of assessing performance of government functionaries is of great importance for carrying out cadres' policy, properly using cadres, encouraging them to persist in Party s line and guaranteeing the rapid development of economy. In order to explore the effective ways to assess cadres' performance, the research team led by the organization department of Shaoxing Party's Committee studies the work of local government functionaries since 1998, puts forward the index system of assessing work and proves its feasibility in theory and practice.
