高校研究生辅导员角色定位

研究生辅导员是研究生思想政治教育工作的主力军，明确研究生辅导员的角色定位，是确保研究生思想政治教育工作落到实处的有效保证。目前各高校对研究生辅导员的角色定位存在很大的差异和模糊性，笔者结合工作实际，对高校研究生辅导员的角色定位进行了初步的探析。
