摘    要:在全球经济危机的大环境下,创业在拉动经济、提高就业等方面的作用正受到越来越多政府决策者和理论研究学者们的重视。一方面,政府大量出台促进创业的相关政策;另一方面,创业研究也日益成为一个热点课题。但在创业研究中,对新创企业绩效的测量还缺乏一种成熟公认的评测体,本研究从组织绩效的基本原理出发,结合组织生命周期理论所述创业企业组织特点,提出以成长绩效、生存绩效以及创业者满意度为框架的三维创企业绩效评价体系。

Abstract:Under the background of global economic depression, the function that enterprises have on employment and economy inspiring has drawn more and more attention from the government and theoretical researchers. On one hand, the government intends to implement relevant policies to facilitate middle and small enterprises ; on the other hand, researches associated with enterprise become front studies. However, there is not a well - acknowledged performance measurement system in the precedent studies. Rooted in the theories of organization performance, together with the organization features of the enterprises based on the theory about organization life cycle, the present paper proposes a three - dimensional performance evaluation system involving growth, survival and entrepreneur satisfaction statement.
