| 摘 要： | 《为吏之道》是睡虎地秦墓竹简中独具特色的简牍作品,具有诸家融合的鲜明倾向,但地位各自不同,简略概括为:法家的一断于法基调,儒家的谨己亲民色彩,道家的处柔防反思想。《为吏之道》和战国时期的一系列作品相似,具有综合诸家、集聚众说的共性,但立足点是法家思想。与秦国至秦朝初年的法家比较,则体现了法家思想的发展演变。因此,它总体上折射出秦思想文化发展的趋势和脉络。 |

| Abstract: | The Way To Be An Official (Li) is the special bamboo slips, which includes some kinds of theory such as everything being decided by laws of Fa school , one remanding oneself and loving people of Confucianism, lying in the weak and being alert to repeat of Taoism. Like a series of works in the Warring States Period, it gathers kinds of ideas based on Fa school. Compared with the Legalist works from Qin State to Qin Dynasty, it shows the thought of Fa school on how to develop and change. On the whole, it reflects the general tendency or inclination of the thought and the culture in Qin. |
