| Abstract: | The General Educational Society of Jiangsu was the earliest and most influential educational organization at the provincial level established in the late Qing Dynasty. It conformed to the trend of times, actively exercised new education, and strove to carry forward educational reform, and played an important part in the process of modernizing the education in China. |
