法解释学等传统法学方法——未来中国经济法学的主流研究方法

回顾中国经济法学研究,我们发现经济法学界在锐意创新的过程中,严重冷落了法解释学等传统的研究方法,直接导致经济法理论解释力的削弱和经济法研究法学特质的减损.作为法学的子学科,传统法学研究方法应该成为未来中国经济法学的主流研究方法.未来经济法研究方法必定是多元的,研究手段必然是综合的、协调的,研究体系也一定是动态的、开放的,但其核心却应该是恒定的,即传统法学的基本研究方法不应被动摇、更不应被抛弃.
