2005年西部产业结构发展状况分析

2005年西部地区产业结构进一步趋于合理和高级化,第一产业产值比重进一步降低,工业生产速度不断加快,第三产业比重稳定增长。同时,西部产业结构的变动速度超过东部,具有比东部地区更为强大的产业结构演变动力。但是总体而言,西部地区产业结构优化升级的进程比较缓慢,与全国及东部地区相比仍存在较大差距,并在一定程度上存在较突出的早产型特点。目前西部地区应加快基础设施和生态环境建设的步伐,推进西部优势资源的规模开发,改善农牧业发展的条件,促进以旅游业为主的服务业快速发展。

The Evolution of Western Industrial Structure in 2005

In 2005,the adjustment to industrial structure in West China was speeded up,which resulted in a higher and more reasonable industrial structure.The proportion in value of output from agriculture decreased continually.The industry speeded and the proportion in value of output from the increased steadily.The evolutionary speed of industrial structure in the West is faster than that in the East.But in general,being at the primary stage of industrialization,the evolutionary process of Western industrial structure is still slow and is obviously premature.The western regions in China should quicken the developing steep of infrastructure and restoration of natural environment,push on the development of advantageous resources in scales,improve the agricultural developing condition and promote the tertiary industry,especially the tourism industry.
