以和谐发展推动民族团结稳定示范区的建设

云南省加快建设面向西南开放重要桥头堡战略,明确提出把云南建设成为"我国民族团结进步边疆繁荣稳定的示范区",而"民族团结进步边疆繁荣稳定示范区"的建设任务,则要求云南少数民族和民族地区经济、社会、文化、生态、民族关系、法律、政策、措施与体制机制等协调发展,并强调相互间配合与协助的和谐发展本质,从整体性、全局性的角度进一步彰显社会发展的统筹与和谐要求;坚持分类指导、完善政策体系、强化队伍建设、加强调查研究、开展民族团结教育等措施,才能体现和谐发展的精髓与理念,建成"中国特色、云南模式"的示范区。
