| 摘 要： | 弗雷德曼的管理策略分析框架，是考察资本主义劳动过程的理论工具，是劳动过程理论的重要组成部分。本文分析了弗雷德曼管理策略思想产生的背景、该思想的主要内容。文章还指出，为了使管理策略思想适合劳动关系研究的需要，应将其于布若成的生产体制思想相结合。

| Abstract: | The theoretical framework of Friedman's management strategies is a good way to examine the capitalist production process. This paper analyzes the background and main content of Friedman's thoughts, and points out that the former should be combined with Burawoy's thoughts on production systems in a bid to adapt the views on management strategies to the study on labor relations. |
