| Abstract: | Through the comprehending of the concepts of culture,civilization,fertility culture and civilization,we can see that the unbalanced ratio of sexual distinction is caused by uncivilized fertility.In order to advocate the civilized fertility and construct a balanced sexual distinction ratio,it is necessary for every family as well as the whole society to make great efforts together. |
