论我国高等工程教育人才培养模式的改革

经济全球化、全面建设小康社会、高等教育大众化的时代特点对高等工程教育提出了新的要求,但培养目标模糊、教学内容和方法陈旧、管理改革失范的客观现实却使我国高等工程教育培养的人才无法满足社会的需求。本文认为,明确培养目标、加快教育教学改革是推进我国高等工程教育人才培养模式改革的理性选择。

On the Training Model Reform of Talents of Our Higher Engineering Education

The present characteristics of economic globalization,all-round building of a moderately well-off society and the popularization of higher education have posed new demand on higher engineering education.But now our training objective is obscure,the teaching content and methods are outdated,and the management reform is not very ideal,which makes it impossible for our higher engineering education to train talents to meet the needs of society.The paper maintains that having a clear-sighted view of training objective and quickening the reform of education and teaching is the rational choice in promoting the training model reform of talents of the higher engineering education.
