陆主海辅———中国地缘特征探究

地缘特征对于一国的安全、发展以及外交具有重要意义.对于中国的地缘特征定位,中国学者大致分为三种意见：一种认为中国是一个陆权国家;一种强烈主张发展主导性海权;而另一种比较主流的观点即认为中国是一个海陆复合型国家.本文从客观地缘环境的现实需求、历史地理的逻辑内涵、当前中国整体的战略取向几方面作具体分析,认为中国在地缘特征上是个陆地为主、海洋为辅的国家.未来应将海陆结合,扬长避短,制定服务于国家的总体战略.

The land is Dominant and the Sea Supplementary： an Exploration of Chinese Geographical Features

Geographic features is important for a country＇s security, development and diplomacy. As for the geographical feature location of China, Chinese scholars can be roughly divided into three kinds of opinions： one is that China is a continental power; one strongly advocates the development of dominant sea power; and the third is a mainstream view that China is a country of sea land compound state. This article analyses from the geographical reality the logical connotation of historical geography, the overall strategic orientation of current China, and concludes that in geopolitics China is land-based, supplemented by the sea. In the future we should combine these two aspects, make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages, in service of the country＇s overall strategy.
