| 摘 要： | 中美两国建交35年来，外交关系的发展经历了风风雨雨。2012年，习近平主席访美，将“中关合作伙伴关系”提升为“新型大国伙伴关系”。那么，如何看中美构建新型大国关系？首先，构建中美新型大国关系是时代使然；同时，构建中美新型大国关系不是从零开始，已经取得了历史性进展。当然，构建中美新型大国关系还面临着许多新的挑战和新的考验。今后，构建中美新型大国关系需要“释疑增信，管控分歧”。

| Abstract: | China and U.S. established diplomatic relations 35 years ago. The development of Sino-American relations has experienced ups and downs. In 2012, when President XI Jin-ping visited the United States, the ＂Sino-American cooperative partnership＂ was promoted to a＂new type of relationship between major countries＂. So how to understand this First, it is a product of the times; next, it does not start from the very beginning, since historic progress has already been made. Of course, China-US building a new type of relationship between major countries also faces many new challenges, and new tests. In future, China and America need to＂enhance mutual trust, reduce suspicion, and control differences＂. |
