| 摘 要： | 振兴东北老工业基地，是国家建设和发展大战略中的重要组成部分。东北老工业基地振兴精神，形成于东北老工业基地振兴战略的启动实施进程中，其内涵在于：勤劳勇敢的品质，自强不息的风范，求真务实的态度。开拓创新的精神。在老工业基地振兴战略中，老工业基地振兴精神起着重要的作用。老工业基地振兴精神在社会主义核心价值体系的引领下，在核心价值观的示范下，将会得到进一步地充实、丰富和发展。

| Abstract: | The revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China, is an important part of national construction and development strategy. The revitalization spirit of the old industrial base in Northeast China, has formed in the process of the implementation of the strategy for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, emphasizing hardworking character, energetic style, pragmatic attitude, pioneering and innovative spirit. Under the guidance of the Socialist core value system, the revitalization spirit of the old industrial base will be further enriched and developed. |
