朝阳大学的历史启示

In the process of China＇s construction of contemporary law education system, Chaoyang Uni versity, the famous private leading university of law, sets an extremely significant example, and also provides important background for understanding all the problem today＇s law education reform process has encoun tered, i.e. teaching has become China＇s basic system of law education, with ＂attaching importance to both theory and reality＂ serving as an important principle; the construction of the education administration system and its evolution has played a major role in influencing and restricting the cultivation of legal talents ever since the very beginning; new China＇s acceptance of the law education in the Republic of China era was un der the domination of an alternative view of history, and how to surpass history is an urgent task in the con struction and improvement of law education in China today.
