| 摘 要： | 在我国进行全面经济结构调整的进程中，劳动力迁移已成为一个重要的社会现象，也是劳动经济学研究当中的一个重要问题。本文分析国内外劳动力迁移的现状、特点，并结合辽宁省的数据，总结了刘易斯模型、费景汉—拉尼斯模型、托达罗的乡村——城市劳动力转移理论，进而基于eviews6．0操作平台，利用1990年至2010年辽宁省的数据对影响人口迁移的因素进行了实证研究。分析了消费物价指数、就业率以及平均工资对人口迁移的显著影响，由此提出有利于劳动力迁移、促进经济发展的有效政策建议。

| Abstract: | Today in the process of China＇s economic structure adjustment, labor migration becomes not only a significant social phenomenon, but also an important issue in the research of Labor Economics. This paper uses some economical models to analyze the present situation and characteristics of the labor migration into Liaoning Province, then takes full use of the data from 1990 to 2010 in Shenyang, and finally makes an empirical study based on eviews6.0. In the last part, the paper analyzes the impact of CPI, employment rate and average wage, on labor emigration, and conclusively puts forward some effective policy recommendations. |
