| 摘 要： | 以软件工程专业人才培养为例，提出软件工程专业人才培养理念和培养目标；在探索校企合作培养软件人才过程中，校企双方共同制定和实施人才培养改革方案；根据培养适应产业需求的软件工程人才要求，改革人才培养模式，形成理论教学与实践教学并重的办学特色；并以数据说明人才培养模式改革以来，取得毕业生就业率高、就业质量好，毕业生受到用人单位好评的办学效果。

| Abstract: | The paper made a case study of the cultivating mode for the software engineering program. It first defined the very concept and goal of cultivating software engineering talents. Then it explained how joint efforts were made to reform the mode featuring both theoretical and practice education. Finally it cited abundant data to prove that the reform was fruitful which achieved high employment rate and good performance of graduates. |
