我国制造业升级的创新机制研究

为了实现我国制造业速度质量效益相协调、投资消费出1：7相协调、人口资源环境相协调、经济发展和社会发展相协调在内的全面协调，真正做到又好又快的发展，选取31个省份、8个年度的面板数据为样本，从技术创新和制度创新视角探讨我国制造业升级的机制应从以下几方面加以设计：搭建共性技术创新平台；集聚技术研发力量、提高人才小高地；贯通制造业升级的通道、强化科研经费的合理使用；提高科技产出、加快投融资体制改革；拓宽中小企业融资渠道等。

Empirical Analysis of Innovative Mechanisms and Manufacturing Upgrading in China

In order to coordinate speed and quality, export investment and consumption, population, resources and environment, and economic development and social development, and ensure sound and rapid development, the paper examined panel data of 8 years collected in 31 selected provinces. It explored the upgrading mechanism of China＇ s manufacturing industry from the perspective of technological innovation and institutional innovation. The study found that the mechanism must be designed from building common technology innovation platforms to gather R＆D strength, improving the human small highland to build manufacturing upgrade path, strengthening the rational use of research funds to improve the production technology, accelerating investment and financing system reform to expand financing channels and so on.
