| 摘 要： | 报道了一种适合于工作在毫米波段的新型平面回音壁摸介质谐振器的实验研究，实验工作在Ｋａ波段进行。测试结果包括谐振频率和有载Ｑ值。同时还讨论了平面回音壁模介质谐振器在毫米波电路中的应用，研制了一个由该谐振器构成的Ｋａ波段微带型定向滤波器。实验结果表明：平面回音壁模介质谐振器在毫米波段具有尺寸大，Ｑ值高，谐振频谱纯和易于实现集成电路等优点。

| Abstract: | This paper reports experimental investigation of new type of planar whispering gallery modedielectric resonator is very suitable for use in millimeter wave band,experimental work carried out in the Ka band.Measured results including resonant frequencies and loaded quality factors.Their application tomillimeter wave integrated are also dealt with.For this,a directional filter obtained by coupling suchresonator to microstrip line circuits is also presented at Ka band.Experimental results show that planarwhispering-gallery mode dielectric resonators have oversized dimension,high quality factors,good resonantspectrum for millimeter wave band, and compability with the realization of millimeter wave integratedcircuits. |
