农户种粮意愿影响因素分析——来自陕西520户农户调查数据的实证

研究采用陕西农户的实际调查数据,运用Logit模型对农户种粮意愿影响因素进行实证研究。调查发现,种粮比较效益低是阻碍农户种粮的最主要原因。研究表明,农户年龄、种粮规模、种粮目的及家庭承包经营地安排与农户种粮意愿呈正相关关系;而农户受教育程度、外出务工状况及家庭是否种植经济作物却与农户种粮意愿呈负相关关系。因此,政府应该通过调整和制定政策来保护农户种粮积极性;通过稳定农业生产资料价格,进一步提高粮食收购价格来调动农户种粮的积极性;进一步完善土地流转制度,促进土地向规模大户集中。

Empirical Analysis on Influencing Factors of Peasant Households＇ Willingness to Grow Crops--the survey data of 520 Peasant Households .from Shaanxi Province

The paper empirically analyses on influencing factors of peasant households＇ willingness to grow crops with logit model through using the survey data of peasant households from Shaanxi province.The survey found that the low relatively benefit was the major obstacle to grow crops for peasant household. The result shows that peasant age, scale and purpose of grow crops and arrangement of household contract management have a positive correlation with peasant household＇ willingness to grow crops, while peasant education, fleeing the arid hills and family whether to plant the cash crops have a negative correlation with it.Therefore, the gov- ernment should adjust and make policies to protect peasant households＇ enthusiasm to grow crops, through sta- bilizing commodity prices of agricultural means of production and further advancing the purchasing prices of grain to bring peasant households＇ enthusiasm to grow crops, and further improve and perfect the flow and transfer of farming land system to promote land converging on big farms.
