| 摘 要： | 民事诉讼对举证责任的规定极其笼统、抽象。本文认为 :应进一步明确民事举证责任的涵义 ,应在基本范围内指导举证 ,并应充分提高证据的质和量 ,同时针对特殊举证的责任应采取相应对策。
