论对民营经济的金融支持

改革开放以来，由于银行经营的片面性、民营经济自身的特点及非国有金融机构相对滞后等原因，民营经济外源融资与其自身的发展及其对国民经济的贡献严重不相称，民营企业融资难制约了其发展，使其难以继续成为国民经济的支撑力量。因此，必须进一步开放资本市场，强化国有银行对民营经济融资的政策引导，发展非国有金融机构，以加大对民营经济的金融支持力度。

On Financial Support for the Private Economy

Since the initiation of the policy of reform and opening up,thanks to one-sideness of the banking operation, the characteristics of the private economy itself and the relative backwardness of the development of the non-state-owned financial institutions, the exterior financing of the private economy does not match the development of the private economy and its contributions to the national economy, the difficulty of the private economy in financing no only constitute the restriction to the development of the private economy itself, but also weakens its supporting force in the development of the national economy. Therefore, the measures, such as further opening the capital market,strengthening the policy guidance to the financinig of the private economy and developing the non-state-owned financial institutes, should be taken, to achieve the aim of heightening the financial support forprivate economy.
