| 摘 要： | 《布托宪法》,又称1973年巴基斯坦宪法,它在巴基斯坦的宪政发展史上占据重要地位。自1973年通过以来,该宪法虽然被短暂停止实施过,也多次进行修订,但直至今日,该宪法仍是巴基斯坦国家的根本大法。本文从巴基斯坦选择联邦制影响因素、《布托宪法》中联邦与省的关系、巴基斯坦联邦制的特点等方面对这一问题进行分析探讨。

| Abstract: | Bhutto Constituion,also called 1973 Pakistan Constitution,plays an important role in the development of Pakistani constitutionalism.Ever since its publication in 1973,the constition has been suspended temorarily and for several times modified,yet it is still the fundamental law of Pakistan. In this essay,the author explores the factors affecting Pakistan's choice of federalism,the relationship between the union and the provinces as well as the characteristics of Pakistan's federalism,which have not yet been probed into in China. |
