论民族传统体育与河南高校体育教育的融合与发展

民族传统体育指具有民族特色的养生、健身和娱乐体育活动的总称,学习民族传统体育必须对学科建设、指导思想、师资培养、教材创编、教学内容设置和教法组织形式等方面理论和实践的研究,使民族传统体育和高校体育教育进一步融合,努力寻求拓宽和发展河南省高校民族传统体育教育的新思路。

ON THE INTEGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL TRADITIONAL SPORTS AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN COLLEGES & UNIVERSITIES IN HENAN PROVINCE

The national traditional sports refer to the general concept of keeping in good health, fitness exercises and entertainment sports with various national characteristics. To learn to do national traditional sports, we must attach importance to theoretical and practical researches on discipline building ,guiding principle, train- ing of teachers, compiling teaching materials, designing the courses and contents and organization mode of teaching methods. In this way, can we further integrate and develop the national traditional sports in Physical Education in colleges and universities, seek and develop the new idea of physical education of national traditional sports in colleges and universities in Henan Province.
