摘    要:基于农村教师专业发展的社会支持是指社会群体运用工具和精神的手段为农村教师专业发展提供保障,给予理解、鼓励和指引方向。起着维护其权利以及推动其发展的作用。针对当前农村教师社会地位较低、工作热情不高等问题。应着力形成有效的保障机制、合理的价值认同以及专业发展制度。
