构建“海洋文化城市”的马克思主义哲学基础

＂海洋文化城市＂代表了城市化进程中的当下最成熟形态,既不同于一般意义上的滨海城市,也与＂海洋经济型城市＂有着本质的区别。其产生的哲学基础与马克思主义哲学理念完全一致。概括地说：一是在城市发展和海洋保护的关系上,＂海洋文化城市＂的构建遵从了依赖而非简单征服的马克思主义哲学理念;二是在城市发展的内部形态上,彰显了马克思主义产业哲学和城市文化分别作为＂海洋文化城市＂的灵魂与血肉的重要思想;三是在城市发展的宗旨上,体现了马克思主义哲学中的人的自由全面发展的观念。

Construction of "Marine Culture City" Based on Marxist Philosophy

＂Marine culture city＂ represents the current process of urbanization in the most mature form.It is different from the general sense of the coastal region of the city,and is also essentially different from the city of the marine economy.The philosophical basis of ＂Marine culture city＂ is in line with Marxist philosophy.The paper will analyze this from three aspects.First,＂marine culture city＂ is in line with urban development and marine conservation,and therefore is in compliance with the essence of Marxist philosophy;second,the internal form of urban development of ＂marine culture city＂ highlights urban culture of Marxism philosophy;third,the purpose of urban development reflects human freedom of Marxist philosophy in the overall concept.
