| Abstract: | China ancient legislative interpretation developed following the creating of law and influenced the law life greatly. In fact the subject of it was the highest governor--the emperor. Because of the mature skill of interpretation, the methods were of many varieties. All these show us that the ancient governors paid much attention to the legislative interpretation. |
