| 摘 要： | 产业集群化发展是国内外先进港口城市实现工业化、快速膨胀经济总量的成功道路.湛江市发展临港工业产业集群应从转变政府职能,加大对产业集群的公共要素投入,以临港工业园为平台促进产业集群发展,以大项目为载体打造完整临港工业产业链等四方面进行.

| Abstract: | Company grouping tend to be a way of industrialization of the advanced port cities both in and outside China - a way of success for rapid GDP expasion. It can be applied to the development of the port city Zhanjiang. For company grouping in this city, it is necessary to adjust the functions of the city government, increase the public investment in the industrial company groups, to take the Harbor Industry Park as the center, and to develop a comprehensive harbor industry chain by attracting substantial investments in big projects. |
