| 摘 要： | 工业化是经济发展不可逾越的阶段,但针对不同区域,工业化的内涵会有所不同,而工业化道路的选择也就必然表现出差异性。我国民族地区工业化的特殊性源于其特殊的经济发展阶段、制度背景、文化传承、地缘特征、区位条件以及其资源禀赋。民族地区的工业化不是资本有机构成和工业部门比重的单纯提高,也不是技术的简单提升,而是建立在产业结构不断演进升级的内在动力机制的基础上,通过发展分工和专业化生产,通过生产要素的有效集聚和整合,通过制度创新和技术进步,通过劳动力素质的提升和观念转变,实现三次产业的有机互动。

| Abstract: | Industrialization is an unavoidable stage of economic development, but different areas have different paths because of their different implications of industrialization. The specialty of industrialization in China's minority areas is revealed in their special stage of economic development, their own systems, cultures, geographical locations and natural resources. Their industrialization is not a simple increase of capital constitution and industrial sectors or a technological improvement, but the upgrading of the internal motive system of the industrial structure. The healthy development of industrialization relies on a division of industries, a good integration of industrial elements, the system-related and technological improvement, the improved quality of the labor force and the absorption of new ideas. |
