| Abstract: | To study and act in the spirit of Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we must adhere to the condition of Guizhou Province.First,we must know about favourable conditions,to strengthen fully confidence of victo ry.Second,we must face up to the disparity,and enhanced efforts to do an even be tter job.Advance along a realistic base,to be based on reality,command on future view,through faster development,sustainable development and leap-forward devel opment to fulfill the brilliant goal of building a well-off society in an all- round way.This is the rational think,realis tic selection,in accord with the Marxism's dialectics at all. |
