| 摘 要： | 后发地区产业技术在实施跨越式发展中,承接发达地区的产业技术转移与创新之间是相辅相成的,承接缩短着与发达地区产业技术的差距,创新提升着后发地区产业技术的竞争能力,两者之间的良性互动促使后发地区产业技术实现跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | During the process of implementing leap-forward development of the industrial technology of the late-developing areas,undertaking and innovation the industrial technology which transferred from the developed areas are collaborative.Undertaking is lessening the gap of the developed areas industrial technology and innovation is promoting the competitive power of the industrial technology of the late-developing area,and the positive interaction impels that the industrial technology of late-developing area achieves leapfrog development. |
