我国会展教育存在的问题及其改革措施

在金融危机的新形势下．我国会展教育在教育观念、人才培养方向、教育师资、课程教材几个方面存在的问题日益突出，因此会展教育的改革应该以创新理念、整合资源、优化教育体系为战略方向，在此基础上从更新教学内容、拓展教育方式、多元化师资以及重视教学配套设施等几个方面采取切实有效的措施。

The Problems and the Reform Measures of MICE Education in China

Against the Financial Crisis backdrop,this article analyzes the development features of MICE education in China through some respects, which are educational conception, talents＇ cultivating direction, educational teachers and curriculum materials. The author thinks that under the background, the MICE education should develop by three ways which are innovation of education conception, the conformity of education resource and optimizing educational pattern. And on the basis, this paper points out that the MICE education should reform in six fields, such as： educational pattern, education content, education mode, course system, teaching methods and teaching auxiliary facility.
