| 摘 要： | 新的课程改革对教师素质提出了新的要求.面对基础教育课程改革,地方高等师范院校应该转变教育思想,进行教育目标的重新定位,按照素质教育的要求改革人才培养模式,构建与基础课程改革相适应的课程体系以适应基础教育改革的需要.

| Abstract: | New curricula reform brought forward the new demand to teacher's qualities. In the face of the curricula reform of basic education, the local teacher's colleges should change it's educational thoughts and relocated the educational objectives; Reform the personnel training mode at the request of quality-oriented education; Structure the course system in conformity with basic course reform in order to meet the demand of basic educational reform. |
