基于模糊分析的现代农业发展评价模型

摘    要:现代农业发展是一项系统工程.根据现代农业的基本内涵、主要特征和指标设置的原则,综合各种评价体系,遵循科学性、实用性、系统性、可比性等原则,按熙现代农业发展趋势,构建现代农业发展评价指标体系.该体系共由物质装备要素、科技支撵要素、劳动力素质要素、产出化发展要素、产出效能要素5个一级指标,13个二级指标组成,并用模糊数学原理,得到现代农业发展评价模型.该模型通过定量评价,避免了许多因主观因素引起的弊端,旨在促进现代化农业科学发展,探寻制约现代农业发展的瓶颈因素,为政府部门加快推进现代农业建设、强化社会主义新农村建设的产业支撑提供科学依据.
