| 摘 要： | 为探索产业集群对FDI产生吸引力的条件,在对相关文献进行梳理总结的基础上,对同一区域内不同产业部门集群对FDI引力进行研究。通过引入影响力系数和感应度系数,推演出FDI引力系数模型来表征各产业部门集群对FDI的引力能力。并以沈阳市普通机械制造业、专用设备制造业及交通运输设备制造业三个已经具有产业集群特点的制造业部门为研究对象,验证了模型的合理性,结果表明：产业关联程度强的产业部门集群吸引FDI的能力也相对较强。
