| 摘 要： | 从5个方面对国内外心理契约研究的最新进展进行了综述:心理契约概念的提出及其发展、心理契约的内容和结构、心理契约与相关概念的边界、心理契约的形成和载体、心理契约违背及其后果.最后文章认为目前国内外心理契约研究在管理者与组织之间心理契约的研究、契约化过程的系统研究、与契约经济学的相互借鉴、心理契约的履行对雇员的积极效果的机制研究、中国组织心理契约的本土化研究方面还存在空白或不足.
