| 摘 要： | 介绍了班都拉关于自我效能感的学习动机理论 ,分析了自我效能感对学习的功能及其形成的影响因素 ,提出了该理论在教学过程中应用的重要性和可行性 ,以使该理论对教师教学和学生学习起到帮助作用。
