我国职前教师教育课程设置中存在的问题及对策

摘    要:
目前我国职前教师教育课程设置存在着专业教育方向过窄、课程体系陈旧、教育实践过少等问题,应加强教师教育课程改革。在加强与教育工作实际联系的基础上,加强教师职业技能培养;增大选修课比例,建立立体交叉的课程体系;制定合理有效地教育实习制度。

Abstract:
Nowadays,the curriculum provision of higher teachers education has some obvious problems such as the narrowness of professional education field,outdated curriculum system,too little educational practice,etc.We should strengthen the curriculum reform of teachers education on the basis of strengthening links with the real educational life,strengthen professional teaching skills training,increase the proportion of optional courses,establish a three-dimensional cross curriculum system and formulate the rational and effective educational practice system.
