| 摘 要： | 高校就业制度改革的深入和发展，迫切需要有效理论指导。效用函数及期望效用函数的构造可以从经济学的角度较科学地反映大学生在寻找工作时的心理状态。通过相关要素的评价与线性组合评估，较好地为学生定位工作提供理论上的依据。

| Abstract: | The development of the reform of the system of the college graduates' employment are in urgent need of theoretical instruction.The structure of the effective function and expected effective function can reflect college graduates' psychological status in their job hunting scientifically from the economic perspectives.The evaluation of the relevant factors and linear appraisal provide theoretical foundation for the better orientation of college graduates' job hunting. |
