| 摘 要： | 治理结构问题是治理理论的重要组成部分,它直接影响着治理的效率。从行政视角出发,可以看出新中国成立以来,我国地方政府治理结构经历了一个较大的转变过程,纵向由多层级的集权政府到少层级的分权政府;横向由蜂窝状结构到区域网状结构;治理机制由同质同构的单一化机制到多任务委托——代理机制。中国地方政府治理结构虽在经历巨大历史变迁,但治理结构部分领域的改革尚需继续稳步推进。
