保险公司与高校合作建设保险学科模式的思考

近年来,我国保险业迅速发展,对人才的需求也进入了旺盛期,但实际却是保险专业学生的就业难,原因在于高校保险教育存在着脱离实际的问题。总结了保险公司与高校合作保险教育的五种模式,指出目前的合作模式中存在的四项主要问题：保险公司与高校合作保险教育权责不明、高校在培养学生时定位不准、保险公司急功近利缺乏人才培养意识、高校师资建设有待加强,提出了高校与保险公司合作时可采取＂订单式＂培养模式、增加实践性教学比重、通过实践基地建立良好的校企互动合作机制、搭建金字塔型的保险教育体系等建议。

Thoughts on the Insurance Patterns Constructed by Insurance Companies in Cooperation with Universities

In recent years,the insurance trade of China expands rapidly,and the need of talents has also increased quickly.But,the reality is that the employment of insurance students is difficult,and the reason is because university insurance education is divorced from the reality.Five patterns of insurance education which is conducted by insurance companies in cooperation with universities have introduced in this paper,and four major problems existing in the present cooperation mode are pointed out： the duties and rights of insurance companies and universities are unclear,the allocation of training is inaccurate,the insurance companies are anxious to achieve quick success,and the construction of teaching staff in universities needs to be reinforced.At last,according to these problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as order-form training mode can be applied while cooperation,the proportion of practical teaching should be increased,a good university-company cooperating mechanism based on practice base should be established,and a pyramid-shape insurance education system should be built.
