| 摘 要： | 道德价值观是人的价值观系统中的重要组成部分,本文通过对当代研究生道德价值观的调查实证分析,揭示了研究生道德价值观的现状和特点,深入分析了利益导向机制缺失、公正调节机制缺乏和宣传教育误导是使集体主义道德原则在实践中削弱的根源,并从注重传统美德教育、以道德教育和道德修养为主要手段促进道德人格完善、充分利用舆论媒体的导向功能等方面,探讨了加强研究生道德价值观教育的对策.

| Abstract: | The view of moral value predominates the system of view of value. The survey on the contemporary postgraduates reveals their status of moral value, analyzes the cause of the decline in moral rule of collectivism in practice, and probes the methods of strengthening the moral value education of postgraduates. |
