| 摘 要： | 随着网络时代的来临,网络对社会发展表现出不可估量的影响。在网络经济发展势头迅猛的情况下,对网络价值的研究具有重要的意义。网络时代的价值取向具有一些新的特点。网络也是一把双刃剑,对其发展需做出合理的价值判断。对网络发展进行规范和约束,使其按良好秩序运行具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | With the network era coming,internet has a very important influence to the socia l development.Under the web economy swift and violent,it is very important to d o some research on the value of internet.In the network era,direction of value has some new charac-teristic.Internet is a two-swords,so it is need to do some reasonable value estimation.Criterion and restrict to internet development hav e important meanings to its well-ordered running. |
