The Analysis of Present Conditions of Foreign Anti - dumping Cases against China and Suggestions

Foreign anti- dumping cases against imports from China have been increasing in recent years. The thesis analyses the present conditions of foreign anti- dumping against imports from China and the effect on the Chinese companies. It reveals the causes of increasing foreign anti- dumping cases against imports from China.The purpose of the study is to explore possible ways of the Chinese companies in fighting for imports and defending their legal rights.
