| Abstract: | The hospital culture is the soul of the hospital,which is the concentrated expression of the spirit,the image and the sense of community of the hospital. The hospital culture includes institutional culture,the culture of integrity,spiritual culture and the culture of service. Strengthening the construction of hospital culture continually is needed to better summarization,conciseness and promotion of the health professional spirit,and for enable the hospital to embark on the rapid,healthy,and coordinated the development of the new platform. |
