| 摘 要： | 以仲裁为核心的医患纠纷非诉讼化解机制必将成为未来我国妥善处理医患纠纷的主要手段.现阶段,强制性仲裁模式更适合我国的医患纠纷解决.应当依托现有的第三方调解机制平台,赋予医患纠纷调解机构仲裁权力,同时应保证仲裁裁决受司法审查.

| Abstract: | Arbitration mechanism in medical disputes Alternative Dispute Resolution will become the primary means to properly handle medical disputes in China. At this stage,mandatory arbitration mode is more suitable for Chinese medical disputes resolved. We should rely on existing mechanisms platform,give intermediation organizations powers of arbitration. But we must ensure that the arbitration award subject to judicial review. |
