| 摘 要： | 法律社会工作源于国家和社会对弱势群体、越轨群体及社会问题的关注。在法律社会工作价值体系中 ,其核心理念是人道主义。人道主义为法律社会工作提供了最基本的衡量标准 ,是法律社会工作的价值追求。

| Abstract: | Legal social work is derived from the concerns of our country and society which is about weak groups, aberrant groups and other social problems.In the value system of legal social work, the key idea is humanitarianism. Humanitarianism provides the most basic measurable standard for legal social work, and also is value appeal of it. |
