我国企业对外直接投资的现状与对策研究

在经济全球化的大背景下,对外直接投资是一个国家全面参与国际分工,利用好两种资源、两个市场推动本国经济发展的重要途径。我国企业的对外直接投资活动已取得了显著的效果,但还存在着一些问题,如投资规模偏小、投资地区集中、投资的产业结构不尽合理、投资信息咨询服务体系不健全等。只有根据国内经济发展的需要确定投资的地区与行业、培育核心技术、完善信息咨询服务系统及有关法律,才能使对外直接投资朝着快速、健康、的方向发展。
