| 摘 要： | 高校建设学习型党组织是加强高校党建工作、促进高校师生全面发展的迫切需求,就其自身而言,实为一种思想政治教育实践活动,与加强大学生思想政治教育有着统一的价值诉求。高校建设学习型党组织不仅为大学生思想政治教育发展带来新的契机,而且对高校加强思想政治教育具有现实的指导意义,而增强大学生思想政治教育的实效性也是高校建设学习型党组织的实践诉求。
